"Absolutely terrible customer service time after time. So much so that I can hardly imagine these reviews are even real on this platform. From dropping umbrella insurance because agent(Jacob) not adding sufficient coverage on a homeowners policy, to dropping my auto insurance MULTIPLE times for no good explanation, to dropping incorrect homeowners insurance when making changes because your slowly leaving this terrible establishment. I can go on and on but I think we get the point. If you want to know your covered by your insurer at all times without having to second guess it daily, I’d suggest staying away from Joan Warners office. Unlike a good neighbor, Joan Warners, State Farm office will never be there!"
